- Push notification token (for delivering notifications)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Flight plan analysis: We access your SimBrief flight plans to generate AI-powered dispatcher briefings.
- Voice calls: Your voice data is processed in real-time during AI calls and is not stored after the session ends.
- Transcripts: Call transcripts are stored to allow you to review past briefings.
- Notifications: We use push notifications to alert you about incoming dispatcher calls.
- Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve the App.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

- Apple / Google: In-app purchases and payment processing.
4. Voice Data
- Voice data is streamed in real-time to ElevenLabs for AI conversation processing.
- We do not permanently store raw audio recordings of your voice.
- Text transcripts of conversations are stored in your account for your review.
- You can delete call transcripts at any time.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure.
- We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
- Access to your data is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data through the App settings.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Call transcripts are retained until you delete them or your account.
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
